For example, if the problem is to shorten the grass, don't automatically think about Land Mower. The problem is to shorten the grass so having having some chemical that would not allow the grass to grow as big would also be a possible solution.

A budget constrain is a relevant constrain, but don't go with unrelevant constrains.

Define the problem with relevant constrains. Budget, Time and Quality.

Weight or Size would also be a relevant constrain. The rest is usually unrelevant constrains.

If it is hard to produce, tolerance are tight, this will add cost. Is it necessary or can it be simplified?\\
Do you need to weld or can you use an adhesive?
