 +      * 1 tbsp sake
 +      * 1 tsp sugar
 +  * Heat until small bubbles form.
 +  * Roll peeled eggs in the sauce for 4-5 minutes until colored.

 +  * Small knob of ginger
 +  * 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
