===== General Improvements =====

  - Run the game in Borderless Windowed/Windowed mode instead of in Fullscreen mode.
  - Replace "start_protected_game.exe" with "eldenring.exe" (this allows you to play without EAC, but only offline).
  - Download the latest version of FlawlessWidescreen and enable the "Frametime Adjustment" setting for Elden Ring in it.
  - Turn off Steam overlay in games ("Settings/In-game").
  - Enable background processing of Vulkan shaders in Steam ("Settings"/"Shader Pre-Caching").

===== If you playing with a controller: =====

  - Download the program Xbox accessories.
  - Get a cable of some kind to connect the controler to the computer.
  - Log in and detect the controler.
  - Click the ... button below the picture of your controller and choose the update firmware option.
